Mass protests took place today in Tahrir Square, in central Cairo, following Friday prayers. Protesters demanded an immediate end to rule by the generals, under the name of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF).
Solidarity protests are taking place in cities across the world. The Socialist Party (CWI England & Wales) will distribute this leaflet during a march to the Egyptian embassy in London.
