One Year After his Death

Today marks the one year anniversary of the death of Peter Taaffe. Peter played an absolutely central role in the development of the CWI. From the preparatory years assembling the initial forces, to the CWI’s founding in 1974, and through to its refounding in 2019 after a political struggle to defend the principles of revolutionary Trotskyism, Peter’s contribution was huge and central.

On this first anniversary we salute Peter, and send our solidarity to all the comrades that knew him, his friends and his family, especially Linda, Peter’s wife, and Nancy and Katie, his daughters.
