British trade unionist speaks out
As part of an international trade unionists’ delegation, Martin Powell-Davies, member of the national executive of a teachers’ union (NUT) in Britain, visited (in personal capacity) the protest movement in Turkey. He described his visit at a Socialist Party meeting in Walthamstow, London, on 20 June.
